@UziCryptoo I have paid $5000 monthly for 4 years. Around $240,000 in payments towards my mortgage and the total owed has went down by $20,000. I have no idea how you are lucky enough to have your mortgage go down by $31,000 only paying $95,000.

We're 4 years into our mortgage. We've paid over $95,000 in mortgage payments – but our balance has only gone down by $31,000. The other $64,000 went to interest, taxes, and insurance. So yeah – owning a home costs a lot more than the price of the home.

@DawnDavenportTN @NissanStadium This is where those renderings fall short. They always portray the roof like it’s a pure glass dome. But once built, they require a massive cobweb of exposed cables to hold the roof up. The end product always leaves lots to be desired.

The new @NissanStadium is going to be AMAZING. Every decision they made was to make sure to cater to the fan experience. It shows already. Those cables hanging down are what the roof will be suspended w/since the opening is so big (a non technical description 🤣) #TitanUp

@cal83062 @eastonfreeze NFL games are played 10 days a year. This is likely for ideal concert set ups. Performers don’t like to have to put curtains up. Very few artists can sell 80,000 tickets.

@AllTrueIsIt @thadbrown7 ya the new highmark has a very strict no loitering rule. They’ve made this rule change a point of emphasis throughout the city, on billboards, radio, tv commercials. Guests must keep moving at all times when not at their seats or in line for concessions.
