🎉 We’re proud to celebrate some incredible recognition for our EDI networks at Heathrow!
The Altitude Network – our Gender Equality Network – has been named Outstanding Women’s Network of the Year at the Employee Network Awards 2025. 🏆
We’re also delighted that the sPaCe Network (Supporting Parents and Carers Everywhere) – our Parents and Carers Network – was a finalist for Outstanding New Network of the Year at the same awards. 🌟
Both networks have also been shortlisted for two prestigious categories at the European Diversity Awards 2025:
▫️Outstanding Women’s Network of the Year
▫️ Outstanding Network of the Year
These achievements are a testament to the powerful work of our networks in creating a culture where everyone feels they truly belong – supporting our strategy of Right Where I Belong and making Heathrow an Extraordinary Place to Work.
From becoming the first UK airport to be Endometriosis Friendly, to launching our Women’s Health Festival, driving policy change, and creating inclusive spaces, Altitude and sPaCe continue to lead the way in shaping our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
👏 Huge congratulations to the passionate steering groups, EDI team, Altitude co-leads Jess Bostock and Emma Hughes (with director sponsor Fraser Brown), and sPaCe co-leads Richard Gale and Rebecca Denness (with director sponsor Mark Powell) for their dedication in building safe, empowering spaces where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work every day.
