@colreynolds67 @usedgov Not only that, MOHELLA was punished because of their lack of communication, and we were put in deferment. During deferment, none of my payments count. I have been teaching over 25 years. Service doesn't count unless it happens AFTER the loans are our of deferment!

@usedgov How about making Mohella respond in a reasonable time (waiting for 4th month now) for payment reduction based on my income?? No way to reach them and they just do nothing

@usedgov @FAFSA My loans were forgiven! It took Mohela a while, but it was worth the wait! Submit your paperwork and don't bother those "good people"!!! They will get to you. Patience 😉
