@virginmedia wow just checked the VM app and says the fault in my area estimated repair complete is now Monday 18th, so that will be 7 DAYS yes a full week without service, seriously not acceptable..........

@virginmedia it's now getting beyond a joke, 3 days now without TV, and when you call all you get is "our engineers are working on the issue". Not good enough service
