Why not just credit all types of art work like that instead of just picking and choosing

If i recall correctly, I remember seeing people questioning why the Halloween yatta skin didn't have credits, it was made by someone who was recently hired and she was smth like
"Well they work for me so they don't need credit shown" or the lines among that

ok but it kinda is a design flaw because imagine you just got deltarune 2 years after the game ended and after beating chapter 1 and learning about the roaring and shit you see chapter 7 titled "the roaring"
