Now I want to see us act fast and appoint Alonso if we’re serious and then add experience players and give Alonso what he wants. Will this all happen though? I don’t think so, it’s pr from the ownership, I won’t believe till I see it.

“Exploring the deal” means nothing with this ownership. Chelsea need to get it over the line and show us some changes over the next few years if they’re serious.

I have that sinking feeling and that knot in my stomach looking at the future as it stands at Chelsea, and it’s bleak. Things won’t change at the top, they’re persevere with this diabolical model and we will continue to sink. This isn’t a fork in the road, it’s so far gone.

We gave them an opportunity in the beginning, and they destroyed what Roman Abramovich built. They've ripped the soul out of our club to the point we can't even recognise it anymore.
