@awstar11 @RJGeezer @DillowTalk2 It still amazes me that the moon landing occurred in summer of 1969 when I was 12 years old and living in Canada, and yet I don't remember a single thing about it. Even though we owned a television set. I don't think the subject was even mentioned in our home.

@FranklinCormor1 @awstar11 @DillowTalk2 Pops was a young electrical engineer at the time. Not sure exactly what he worked on there. I saw some functional block diagrams he did. But he worked on a proposal to adapt some of the technology to create a car navigation system.
