Replacement lighting in Ss Peter & Paul blessed at Eucharist this morning. Thanks to donors and to @CES_LLP for the installation. Appropriately selected music included Darke in F, "Lighten our darkness" – L’Estrange, hymns NEH 234 and 466 (look them up!) and Dubois "Fiat Lux".

The overwhelming power of Mahler’s Symphony No. 8 is hard to describe — luckily, the thunderous finale at @StPaulsLondon yesterday said it all. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening of our 150th Anniversary Season, and to our cast who are listed in the comments.
