The “Deck 4 promenade” found on other Disney Cruise Line ships is located on Deck 7 on the Disney Adventure. It’s similar in concept, but it doesn’t make a full loop around the ship. The walkway runs the full length along both sides, but it does not wrap around the bow or stern.

I’m definitely planning on going on the Adventure at some point to cross it off the list, but I don’t need rides on a ship. If I wanted rides I’d go to a Disney theme park.
