@RKTweets Don’t think anyone has said Watkins is better, but Kane’s form at the euros was patchy at best and barely contributed anything other than scoring tap ins and penalties and Watkins could do a job off the bench, which he did by scoring the winner in the semi final.

Kane did this for a decade in a much worse team against much harder opposition and people in England said Watkins was better. People hate giving spurs any credit! The best English forward in history. Bar none.

@RKTweets I always loved Kane, i was watching Tottenham mainly because of the Son and Kane partnership. For me there's no doubt that Kane is the best number 9 in this era. He doesn't get the same attention as other players because he's such a down-to-earth guy.

@RKTweets @mcfclou Ok I’ll rephrase. Incredibly few people actually said that Watkins is a better footballer than Harry Kane. There was a common viewpoint at the last tournament where Watkins should’ve played over him because Kane was unfit. That’s a separate thing
