@RLT__LA @BungieStore @Bungie @Destiny2Team @DestinyTheGame Sometimes it doesn't give you a notification that it showed up, just go to collections under general and see if you can find it on the last page. Additionally, you can go to bungie's redeem page and there should be a tab that allows you to claim past rewards.
