Something that people keep repeating related to the whole @ADVANCEDgg thing is that Rev sent "harassment" to another smaller content creator. I dont agree with what Rev said, not because I think its harassment but mainly because I think its a dumb point to make since Vtubers dont have to act or behave like the time period their design is based on. That said, what he said is not harassment. Someone replying to a tweet doesnt constitute harassment and anyone implying that he was inciting his community to harass MissLala. From the timestamps and looking at the 91 posts her "FUCK ICE" Tweet had before she locked the replies, only 3 negative posts were made after Rev retweeted his response. Do these people follow Rev? Maybe? Are these comments harassment? Not quite. Did Rev tell people to do this? He didn't and from what I have seen he always says that he does not condone people going after anyone he talks about in his videos. Out of the 91 Replies in Lala's tweet, around 30% are negative without taking into account these last 3 tweets that were made after Rev retweeted her so she was already getting backlash for her political statement. While I havent looked at the individual replies in Rev's thread, he also got some backlash for it. Do these people follow Lala? Maybe? Are these comments harassment? Not quite. Did Lala tell people to do this? I would imagine she didn't and I believe someone mentioned that she has said that she doesn't condone it. ------------------------------------ Now lets talk a llittle about harassment. - People brigading a company to drop someone they sponsor IS harassment. - People shitting up AdvancedGG's Discord server IS harassment. - People getting banned and having their comments deleted and them continuing to attack a fucking drink company because they sponsor someone they dont like IS harassment. - The people dropping AdvancedGG trying to force them to take action against Rev IS also harassment. By the way this is someone that has been sponsored for more than 2 years. You can drop whatever sponsor you have for whatever reason but when you do it as a weapon to get them to cancel someone else that IS harassment. You want to boycott a company? You can do that. When you are doing so to financially ruin someone else (who as there before you even came along) THAT is harassment.

A bunch of high profile AAA game devs and corporate journalists are expressing support for Highguard and anger at gamers for not consuming their latest slop. We don't owe the industry anything. Even if the game is free, time is a resource, and they are not entitled to ours. On that note, yes, people can try Highguard for only one match and decide it's not for them and to then leave a negative review. These corpos never complain about the inverse, they never say "hey you only played for one match why did you leave a positive review?" No, they just look for any excuse to try dismissing critical reviews, and their journo buddies are mad that they can't control the narrative like they used to. They should be grateful that so many people even gave Highguard a chance, it's not our fault that most people found the game mid or outright bad. We didn't make the game. Want support? Make better games.
