Surely @gordonduncan7 will grill Willie Collum more than usual this week on the VAR show! The whole of Scottish football and further afield are going to be extremely interested in what he has to say! Why are none of his referees going to the World Cup! @ClydeSSB

Emotional Hearts deserved a better ending than blood, tears and fears at Celtic Park - but there is more to come. What happened inside the ground, stoppage time cut short, the shameful disorder and why it's time for proper action. edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football…

If this is true, how do we explain Lawrence Shankland's handball at Ibrox and St Mirren's disallowed goal in October? Can we not just accept that Scottish referees have made howlers throughout the season, even with VAR, distributed fairly evenly across the league?

@jhnmcgnly Eight decisions across 4 games were needed for Celtic to win the title. They got every one in their favour. What’s the chances?

@IanMurrayMP @NaeBull I sent a formal complaint to the SPFL to which Neil Doncaster kindly sent me their statement in reply. This does not answer my concerns so I am escalating it to my contact in FIFA who will deal with it when their office opens tomorrow

Have a listen to this. It’s the best analysis you’ll hear on what’s going on in Scottish football. It’s institutional corruption and it’s effecting not only Rangers but EVERY other Scottish club.

‘Given the speculation about the conclusion of the game, we would like to make clear that, prior to awarding the trophy, we were informed by the match referee that the match had ended and had not been abandoned’ Who ended it?
SPFL@spfl

SPFL Statement "Firstly, we send our congratulations to Celtic on winning the William Hill Premiership in the most exciting of circumstances and send our commiserations to everyone at Heart of Midlothian following an incredible campaign. “We would also like to thank the referee and his excellent team of match officials for their cool heads on such a dramatic day. Given the speculation about the conclusion of the game, we would like to make clear that, prior to awarding the trophy, we were informed by the match referee that the match had ended and had not been abandoned. "Yesterday’s match showed off the very best of the Scottish game and the drama and excitement that it is rightly famed for. The eyes of the world were on Glasgow and the climax of the William Hill Premiership, with millions of viewers watching the match on Sky Sports and across the globe. "However, we utterly condemn the scenes which saw a number of Celtic supporters encroach onto the field of play. We await the report of our match delegate regarding any specific incidents that took place but, regardless, supporters entering the field of play in any circumstances is wholly unacceptable and puts those participating and working at a match at risk. We note that entering the pitch in England and Wales has been a criminal offence since 1991. We urge anyone with information about any alleged criminal activity to contact Police Scotland."

Terrible decision in the Man Utd v Forest game. The Forest fans started singing ‘are you Celtic in disguise?’ They are now the byword for cheating.

The sheer scale of the venom being directed at Celtic and their fans is more than just about football. It is rooted in Scotland's baleful legacy and history of anti-Irish Catholic racism and bigotry. We were on our knees as a community when Celtic was established in 1888. In 2026 we stand tall. And the reason we do stand tall is largely because of Celtic, and how the club has provided us with a sense of pride in an identity that is rooted in defiance not compliance.

When can we expect the @ScottishFA statement because surely you’re not telling me our players were threatened, attacked and needed a police escort to leave Celtic Park and only Hearts are calling it out? It’s disgusting.
