This statement “we play the best football” intrigues me every time I hear a player or coach say it. What exactly does it mean??? Is it the team that attacks the most? Or defends best? Or hold the most possession? Or what exactly is “best football”.

Biggest mistake Madrid will make is not signing Konate. Our defence has been shit and injury hit for 5 years now. That is an area that needs the most attention. Konate is experienced, he plays well with Trent, he is young and a free agent. It will be criminal not to sign him

Same with the Gavi thing. A midfielder that can play like four positions is more essential in a tournament than an extra CB. There’s no even better Spanish midfielder that’s missing out. Reason I understand why Eric Garcia is going ahead of Gerard Martin.

I don’t know why people are surprised with Carreras and Huijsen not getting called up . Huijsen has been poor and didn’t start the 2nd leg against Bayern . Carreras was never getting called up as DLF prefers Cucurella and Grimaldo .
