@AmazonUK I would like my refund immediately please. Why have you kept my money that I have paid to you in good faith? I have replied to your emails and not had a response. When will I receive my full refund?

@amazonuk My local Police force have said it is an offence for Amazon to ask me to request a Police report for this purpose & that Amazon have to make a civil request to the police. I have provided you with a crime reference number & the police's response email.

@AmazonUK reported it to my local Police force as you asked me to & provided you with a crime reference number & I still do not have my refund.

@AmazonUK ordered a laptop on the 6th of August & you said it was delivered on the 8th. It was not delivered. You said it was signed for, I didn't sign for it and you will not provide me with proof of the signature.
