Ah dear @RoyalMail . Why are you so disappointingly utterly consistently totally shit. Tried so hard to get my sisters birthday present delivered on time. You give timings. Change the timings. Deliver at the former time. And then sound surprised when people miss your totally random parachute drop. Useless.

Dear @RoyalMail Is it reasonable to have not yet received a piece of second class mail posted 11 days ago? Or to have had only one delivery in the past week, especially when birthday cards are expected? You're absolutely not fit for purpose.
