@Spokker @JoShowAdell @MedscapeOrtho The simple answer is… it doesn’t take much to tear a meniscus. And you and I may move forward with the injury for a long time. But Trout is so strong and conditions every muscle in his body… well… but there’s no conditioning a sponge. He tries too hard IMHO.

@RNDaddy @JoShowAdell @MedscapeOrtho Not everybody tears their meniscus though, or gets hurt at the rate Trout does. So there is something about Trout and other injury-prone players that is different. Training, genetics, what?
