@MBTA because if disabled houseless people like me had to get harassed for years when no one wud open their doors for us even with canes and tap passes then selective enforcement makes me angry yes I am going to keep reporting people to get revenge for life... And justice..

@MBTA bus # 3145 104 Malden. Picked up from Washington ave @ Broadway @ 11:11pm. Was told to sit down immediately upon entry in a pushy manner as I tried to pay. I commented that payment machine was broken and driver claimed he didn't even turn it on. Perform fare enforcements

@MBTA bus 2070 rt 109 left Sullivan station 11:15 pm. Kid vaping 2nd seat back from backdoor. Driver stopped and spoke to him. Thank you!!

@MBTA it's a little annoying that the driver as well as myself got out and pressed the crosswalk but and it still didn't change the light. Please make Revere fix this ASAP

@MBTA I'm on the 110 bus and me and the driver delayed 13 minutes because of red light malfunctioning corner of Broadway and Central, Revere. I called 311 Revere. Mbta needs to contact Revere also as it's delaying buses out of wonderland regularly.

Bus 2113, rt 97 going to gateway center Everett. Picked up at Everett so stop 4:56 pm today. Driver gave me a hard time about accomodating my heavy duty cart when asked to either "please move closer to the curb or put out the ramp". Constant problem this winter.

@MBTA I want to commend driver of bus # 1987, rt 109, toward Linden Sq I am on now. She took Xtra time to manually lower ramp for me, get a lost older man to his destination and ensure the detour was cleared b4 proceeding. Nice to see!

@MBTA driver was rude, dismissive and made moral judgements and harassed passenger when gave explanation. Driver SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING EASE OF EXITING PASSENGER to begin with. MBTA report will be filed also.

@MBTA Rt 137, # 0642, depart Reading Depot, arrived @ walkers brook dr and new crossing road at 4:49pm. Disabled passenger w/cart tried 2 exit had 2 make clear 2 boarding passenger need to exit by using hand gestures. Driver became aggressive and criticized 4 taking such action.

@MBTA Was told driver was filling in and took old route used during construction. Driver stopped as he crossed paths with new driver and informed him new route. Thanks driver of bus 1866!!

@MBTA Car # 38842 b. (?) Green line @ Resevoir station headed to N Station. Yet another refusal to open the back doors for disabled TAP pass holder with cane. Insisted on man with cane walking to have her tap his pass.
