🇨🇳🇵🇰🇮🇷 China and Pakistan just dropped their 5-point "peace plan" for the Middle East: 1. Immediate ceasefire. 2. Start peace talks ASAP. 3. Protect civilians and non-military infrastructure. 4. Secure shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. 5. Put the UN Charter 1st. Nice words on paper, but this smells like misleading diplomacy from Beijing. China has massive stakes here, they buy huge amounts of Iranian oil and need the Strait of Hormuz open for their energy imports. While the U.S. does the heavy fighting, China is quietly pushing to protect its own economic interests and look like the adult in the room. The real game?
