By strengthening records management, viral load monitoring, and team engagement, her project demonstrated how structured, multi-layered interventions can reduce congestion, enhance patient tracking, and ensure sustainable HIV care. Bonga Mbatha, Project Coordinator, showcased work from Ehlanzeni district, focusing on reaching at-risk agricultural labourers with after-hours home deliveries, psychosocial support, and lab coordination. The project reinforced treatment adherence and viral suppression, highlighting patient-centred, context-specific solutions in hard-to-reach communities. Zandile Sibeko, Research Nurse, presented on Toxicity Profiles and Loss to Follow-Up Among Patients on BPaL vs. Standard Regimens for Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis: Insights from the PROBe-DRTB Study. Tumisho Ngobela, GIS Mapping Officer, shared findings from Evaluating the Impact of Community-Based Targeted Universal TB Testing (TUTT) Among People Living with HIV in eThekwini, emphasising how TUTT effectively helps close gaps in care. These presentations highlight how frontline innovation and dedication are bridging gaps in HIV and TB care, strengthening access and outcomes for communities. #EndHIV
