@gotnothingforya @Andandandwhat Coming in sixth doesn’t make one a great player. Winning a show where you are competing with others and winning makes you a great player. Not sure how that’s debatable.

@RSForman @Andandandwhat If you were playing with this mindset you’d be naively assuming you’re gonna be one of the few to make the end with Cirie and not one of the majority of the cast that she votes out along the way. Most ppl with this mindset don’t make it as far as her. That’s what my tweet said.

“Cirie only makes it far every time cause she can’t win challenges” yeah basically 3/4ths of every cast she’s been on thought this before getting beat by her. Whenever ppl attempt to downplay her they just end up unintentionally emphasizing how incredible she is 😭#Survivor

@Andandandwhat @gotnothingforya Thank you. If she’s so amazing strategically, you would think she would have won by now. She was never going to win this season. She’s not just physically inferior, she may be the worst physical challenge player ever. 0-21 in individual immunity.

@regissphilbin Her flaw is that she is completely incapable of winning a physical challenge when necessary. That is her biggest flaw. And it continues to be a problem.

Let’s be real though! The fact that she so masterfully made it to f3 in Micronesia is the reason a cast won’t let her get to the end now. it’s not her game is flawed, it’s that her legend is too big! The fact she made it to f6 on 50 and GC is beyond impressive (and 0 votes in GC)

@DePlayerSr @jcalvinmeyer I laughed out loud at what he said on Mayo. Other than one month last season, Mayo has been horrific at the plate. This is who he is. They must think the fans are dumb or gullible. Or both.

We chatted with Dustin Lind this morning about the Orioles’ offense and several of his hitters. Some positives (Ward, Rutschman, Basallo), but here’s what Lind said about a few hitters who are struggling: On Gunnar Henderson: There are “encouraging signs,” but he’s not “controlling the zone” as well has he normally does. On Coby Mayo: Struggles are a result of how pitchers have adjusted to Mayo. “He’s a really talented player, and he has the capability of turning this thing around in a hurry.” On Colton Cowser: Change to add leg kick is to “free up” Cowser to be athletic. “We’ve seen some really encouraging signs. I think the at-bat quality has gotten a lot better.”

@PigTownSports I think it’s probably close to the correct value on both sides. I think Mayo has a ton of potential, I just don’t see the consistency needed to be an every day guy.
