The last thing I will say about this situation.
I have been in contact with Valvoline. District and Regional managers.
It is a serious violation of their privacy policy and they'll be handling it accordingly. They confirmed that using a customers personal information for personal contact is absolutely not acceptable.
Privacy exists for a reason. women should be able to get an oil change without wondering if their personal information will be saved and used outside of that transaction. I am glad they're taking it seriously.

Since people lack basic comprehension. 1. He STOLE my phone number from a company data base AFTER my service. Which also includes my address. 2. YES, I did feel creeped out the entire time my service was being done. Hence why I barely spoke to begin with. 3. It doesn’t matter WHAT he looked like, I wasn’t interested. And he isn’t owed anything. Especially not a reply to confirm my actual phone number. But honestly, the replies and death threats I’m receiving are far worse. You wonder why women are not wanting to date? Look at the comments.
