@LNER I have a seat reservation in coach H, which doesn’t exist on this train. Because you only sent a 5 car train. Coach C is completely full. There’s an 80 year old man stood in the aisle. Disgusting.

@RTimoclea You can travel without a seat reservation, and you can find an unreserved seat in our unreserved coach, Robyn. Advance tickets do come with a seat reservation, our flexible tickets do not, as they are valid on a number of different services.
