RMU recently merged with Roosevelt University. Our two campuses were literally across the street from each other in downtown Chicago. The merger is complete and happy to say that things look better than ever for the XC and TF group. Can’t wait to see what next season brings.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow. Please be sure to give thanks to your mom, dad, aunt, uncle, or whoever has helped support you and your dreams. Do them proud by getting that degree, working towards that career, and simply being a good human being. Love you all and happy thanksgiving.

FAFSA get on it. Tell your athletes to get on it. Tell your students to get on it. Tell EVERYONE to get on it. Up to 12K in aid available you just have to GET ON IT.

Watching good kids wash out of college athletics because of bad coaching/toxic programs is a real bummer. I can scream from the mountains choose fit over level all day long but until people stop idolizing D1 it won’t matter. So much wasted potential.

Note to self: You can’t force fitness. Stay patient.

If you haven’t already done so make sure you get your FAFSA filled out ASAP! That’s $12K in free additional aid that you can qualify for. Take advantage that extensions were put in place. Get it done because they could close it any day now!

Could not be prouder of our seniors. They’ll be moving into the world! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. Thank you for all you did for both the RMU/RU program.

Losing a coach is like losing a parent. He put so much effort into making sure every single one of his girls got a chance to run in college. This one hurts my soul more than I can put into words. PLEASE stay home. Your carelessness about COVID-19 isn’t worth any more lives.
