I have enjoyed a full day of campaigning for Andrew R. T. Davies and the Vale of Glamorgan Conservatives in Llantwit Major, and also in Llanmaes.
Almost every single voter to whom I spoke was vociferously opposed to the idea of a Plaid and Green pro-independence coalition government, and said that they are prepared to elect a Conservative in order to stop it.
Likewise, ardent opposition was expressed to Labour and Plaid’s Nation of Sanctuary scheme; residents of the Vale want to stop the boats, and I find they are equally certain that they would rather adequately fund the National Health Service over more politicians in Cardiff Bay.
