The honey badger's most important tool is neither its claws nor its teeth—it's its skin. It is so thick that it is almost impenetrable to bee stings, and tough enough to resist most bites and shallow punctures. The skin is not just thick but loose. If a leopard bites the back of its neck, the honey badger can literally turn around inside its own skin and bite back. It also has a remarkable tolerance for pain. As shown in this video, it will go to any lengths for its favourite food—bee larvae and honey. It is a fearless creature. Often, it scares away predators not by biting, but simply by refusing to back down. It has also developed strong resistance to venom. It can survive venomous bites from snakes like cobras that would kill most animals, recovering where others wouldn't.

A worthy partner. How? Let me break it down. 1. Transit duration: SGR (Mombasa-Naivasha - 10hrs), MGR: Naivasha to Malaba - 30hrs, MGR: Malaba-Kampala - 12 hours. That is about 52 hours of non-stop movement. MGR: Mombasa-Kampala: 7-8 Days. ...../1-4

Naysayers crying “President lied on Narok Int’l Airport”? Let ‘em whine, WE Narok residents know the FACTS: Runway at 60% complete. Heavy Feb/March rains made construction impossible. Terminal building? Narok County’s responsibility, not Ruto’s. None of you social media critics have even visited the site! Facts are stubborn. If you hate President Ruto, go ahead and get in line you won’t change the facts, and you won’t be the first to hate on him.
The Kenyan Vigilante@KenyanSays

Kenyans have resurfaced a video of President Ruto from May last year, in which he said he would open a new airport in Narok by March this year. Now, in April 2026, no airport has been constructed in Narok.

If Kenyans really knew how much other countries are going through, they would be proud of the developments in their country, they would be so proud of the leaders who put them first. Dear brothers and sisters in Kenya, you are too lucky to complain

@CallMeKulubya What other countries are going through is none of our business! Kenyans pay taxes and we must see our money being utilized! By force if need there be. That's the only language understands and it's working

The construction of Lot I of the Mombasa–Mtwapa–Kilifi (A7) Road Section by KeNHA has recorded notable progress. This strategic infrastructure is vital for the Coast Region’s trade, tourism, port connectivity and improved daily mobility.

Walkways, single carriageways and footbridges to be built around Talanta City Stadium, one of AFCON 2027 venues. The Business Daily reports that two Chinese firms and a local company won the Ksh3.9b tender to construct walkways on both sides of Ngong road, a dual carriage and walkways linking Ngong road to cemetery road and a bridge at the interchange of Southern Bypass. Another bridge will also be built across Ngong road. A single carriageway and walkways on both sides from the VIP Access side to the Kenya Scouts Association will also be constructed. Fulugani Primary School, Kwale County, stands as a flagship example of how large-scale infrastructure projects can be aligned with social development. The institution, reconstructed under the Coast Region Water Security and Climate Resilience Project (CWSCRP), now boasts 32 classrooms, two activity rooms, a multipurpose hall and an administration block, complemented by a fully equipped ECDE section with six classrooms, an office and a kitchen. Where learners once studied in dilapidated, mud-walled classrooms riddled with gaping holes, dusty floors and overcrowded spaces that offered little protection from the elements, they will soon be learning in a safe, modern and well-resourced environment designed to fully support the learner-centred Competency-Based Education (CBE). Beyond improving access to quality education, the project has been implemented within a secure and well-coordinated environment, supported by the oversight and administrative presence of the State Department for Internal Security and National Administration, which plays a critical role in maintaining stability during and after resettlement.
