1️⃣ Low-grade infections can persist, esp with BCMA bsAbs
2️⃣ Imp to report infection-months, not just "Yes/no ≥1 Gr3+ infxn"
3️⃣ Look at all that IVIG / IgRT usage 👏 Love it!! But of course still not panacea.
