@Drjhoffmanmiami @Someone68423357 That's a great point - I do think PPx tocilizumab and PPx IVIG will go a long way, but perhaps there will still be a role for a CD38 / PI lead-in to move things along quickly!

… but this confirms that the heyday of Dara-Pd and Isa-Pd at first relapse is rapidly coming to an end 👏

How does GPRC5D loss affect surviving myeloma #MMsm clones? Here, remaining cells appear to be more aggressive.
Will be important to validate / rebut as talquetamab moves into earlier lines... hopefully soon!

No beneflt from salvage HCT (if one was given in 1st response) vs continous Rd treatment (IMO)
Careful about offering HCT at relapse (not given purposely in first response but "saved" for later stages) since attrition in MM up to 30%
Remember best option 1st #EBMT26

1️⃣ Low-grade infections can persist, esp with BCMA bsAbs
2️⃣ Imp to report infection-months, not just "Yes/no ≥1 Gr3+ infxn"
3️⃣ Look at all that IVIG / IgRT usage 👏 Love it!! But of course still not panacea.
