@PeterSweden7 Why is there anything at all? Why are all physical constants finely tuned to allow life? No cringe multiple universe theories either

What is your best logical argument for the existence of God? I have two arguments that are very compelling... Argument number 1: The universe must logically have had a beginning. If it had a beginning, then that beginning must have had a cause. That cause must be outside of this universe and outside of time. An eternal, all powerful source. In other words, God. The other option would be that the universe, time and matter was eternal. Which would per definition place it in the category of supernatural, which is absurd. Argument number 2: If good and evil exists, that means God must also exist. Why? Because God is what gives the ultimate compass for what is objectively good and evil. Without God, an higher power that is all knowing and perfect, moral laws become subjective to each one of us. You cannot have moral law without a moral law giver. We can observe and logically understand that objective moral laws do indeed exist. We can clearly see that evil, that which goes against the objective moral law, does exist. Therefore good, that which follows the objectively moral law, must also exist. And if those are true, therefore then, God exists.

@RabbitsJustice @5Solas2 Good try but Exodus 25 are God’s instructions to Moses on Mt Sinai for the Tabernacle and it was designed for the Lord to dwell among the Israelites. It is not an idol.

She was blessed because she heard the word of God and obeyed, not just because she was his mother. Christ confirms leadership on Peter TWICE despite your flip flopping. He changes the man’s name to PETER because he was the rock on which Christ would build the church. St.Peters basilica is literally built on top of the man’s bones. He also reaffirms this in the Gospel of John where he tells Peter specifically, Feed my lambs, take care of my sheep, feed my sheep. Who does that? A SHEPHERD

Non-sense. The traditions the NT Church was taught were not Mariolatry. In fact, the FIRST impulse toward Marian worship was slapped down by the Son of God Himself: 📖 “Now it happened that while Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, 'Blessed is the womb that bore You and the breasts at which You nursed.' But He said, 'ON THE CONTRARY, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.'" Luke 11.27,28 Apostolic succession is a Vatican fiction just like Peter being the rock the Church is built upon. All of Scripture identifies God with the analogical Rock, and NT Scripture couldn't contradict Rome more clearly: 📖 "All drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual Rock which followed them, and the Rock was Christ.” 1Cor 10.4

Taught by the apostles and passed on to their successors. Christ left us a church not a book. The Catholic Church has the fullness of the truth. Complete holy scripture, all 73 books, sacred traditions and the magisterium, or teaching authority of apostolic succession. It’s awesome

@RabbitsJustice @5Solas2 It is written to the Thess church and Paul said the traditions taught by US. Paul, Timothy, chpt 1:1 or Apostles. Bible was incomplete and church followed Apostles teaching. Does not mean we should follow traditions developed 100s of yrs later which are not from Apostles.

Don't be fooled. Majority of these Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox don't read church history or the fathers themselves. They depend on partial quotes fed to them by their favorite online apologist.

I had a loved one in my family choose MAiD when he was in the last months of painful bladder cancer. I see a lot of people on this platform calling it immoral. The only immoral thing I see is making people suffer. MAiD allows people the choice die on their own terms with dignity.

Catholics want you to believe there is a sort of revival happening in the Catholic Church with an abnormally large amount of conversions happening! What they fail to tell you is: “Catholicism has one of the largest net losses of any religion in the U.S. 13% of all U.S. adults are former Catholics Catholics have experienced the greatest net losses due to switching. About three-in-ten U.S. adults (30.2%) say they were raised Catholic. But 43% of the people raised Catholic no longer identify as Catholic, meaning that 12.8% of all U.S. adults are former Catholics. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ledger, 1.5% of U.S. adults have become Catholics after being raised another way. Overall, 18.9% of U.S. adults currently identify as Catholics, according to the new RLS. For Catholics, retention rates tend to be significantly lower than for other faiths, reasons given by former Catholics for walking away were clergy and religious leader scandals (39%) and dissatisfaction with church teachings on social and political issues (37%). Another 35% of former Catholics pointed to a gradual drifting away from their religion -- slightly less than the report's overall share of 38%. Equal shares of former Catholics said that their religion "just wasn't important" in their lives (36%) or that their spiritual needs were not being met (36%).” ***Data is quoted from the Pew Research Center & from the DetroitCatholic.com referencing the new study from Pew Research Center released Dec. 15, 2025 What’s really happening is that Roman Catholicism has a superficial lure promising structure and nostalgia, but once the short-lived experiences fade away these young converts seek truth and fulfillment elsewhere.

@farmingandJesus Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. - Matthew 5:15-16

Jesus would have a lot to say about this performative unbiblical stuff. Wait, he already did….They just need to read what he said in The BIBLE. Matthew 6:1 Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.

Catholicism goes so hard!!! It’s Holy Wednesday in Spain. The penitents are on their hands and knees, carrying the Cross along with the King of Kings! Supremely beautiful.

I think it’s worth noting that one of the earliest recordings of someone attempting to “venerate” Mary was met with a rebuke by Jesus.

Ignatius of Antioch writing in 107 AD: “ wherever the bishop shall appear, there let the multitude also be; even as, wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church.” Constantine was born in 272 AD. 165 years later. Your argument is invalid. Repent and believe in the Gospels.
