@KCBInKenya You cannot be rejecting documents claiming they have a Electronic signature when they are actually handwritten. I am officially raising a complaint with your CEO and other managers. We cannot take 5 days verifying ONE document. @Saagite @Annastacia_K @KCBInKenya @KCBCare

@Saagite @Annastacia_K @KCBCare @KCBInKenya @KCBInKenya the people tasked with reviewing my KCB forms are now claiming that a handwritten signature is an Electronic Signature. They are BIASED and they have decided to REJECT any document I sent. Senior managers must now intervene.

@KCBCare @KCBInKenya @KCBInKenya despite sending a hand_signed document the bank is claiming the signature is ELECTRONIC. I need senior managers to intervene. For over 5 DAYS I cannot access my account but some KCB officers are hell bent on punishing me. @Saagite @Annastacia_K

@Saagite @Annastacia_K any document I sent via email is being rejected for no valid reason. They are now claiming a handwritten signature is an ELectronic Signature. @KCBCare @KCBInKenya @kcbgroup. I cannot access my KCB account but the bank is FRUSTRATING me for over 5 DAYS.

@KCBInKenya @KCBCare @kcbgroup @Saagite @Annastacia_K kindly assign my issue to one person. It CANNOT take 4 days to simply set up ibank details. This issue was raised on Sunday on WhatsApp and up to now KCB is unable to set up the internet banking details.
