I can overcome the physical challenges of shedding the sedentary lifestyle and shaping up, as long as I START and FOLLOW THRU. Started today (feels good!), follow up comes tomorrow and the day after. If we picture the meme of the MAGA guy drinking beer watching TV at the window vs the PF guy with his shield going to do activism, my current shape is between that, and I will re-attain the physically fit vigorous ability to act soon.
