@morefluids I just use supermarket own brand dark cooking chocolate, dr oetker extra dark (72% cocoa solids) also works well. For the sugar I also use caster and not granulated - dissolves better!

@RachD_M Can you get semi sweet chocolate. When I lived in US you could and unsweetened, which used to make excellent brownies. Or do you just use milk/dark?? Thanks
