@AerLingus Connecting flight delayed 15x- LHR wouldn’t rebook us even though we’d miss the connecting flight based on the boarding time. we didn’t make it. been waiting for >1 hr for our luggage- still not here & only way to rebook is to go downstairs AFTER we get luggage
