An amazing trip to Orlando, Florida to attend the APNA 37th Annual Conference where my poster presentation won Second Place in the Research category. A great time with the Mental Health team outside of the conference also as we had time to explore the parks!

Today I'm attending the Tackling Violence Against Women and Girls Conference 2023 thanks to the ECR bursary from @VAMHN. In the UK, 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse and this needs to change. @IGPP_ #igppVAWAG

Bin off Blue Monday and celebrate ✨#BrewMonday✨ with us today instead! ☕ Blue Monday is just a made up marketing gimmick. Retweet to help us reject the unhelpful mental health stereotypes it perpetuates 🙅‍♀️

Last week I presented at my first international conference! It was a great experience to talk at the 12th European Congress on Violence in Clinical Psychiatry in Rotterdam and highlight the value of involving carers to reduce restrictive practices. #mentalhealth #research
