The woman i spoke to on monday said if the upgrade team dont upgrade me i am eligible to have passports expedited but i am not very optimistic with that either with everyone else experiences. We fly in 12 days. My daughter s 5 and i cant bare telling her

@Red_head_gill @SHUTTY1985 @HM_Passport Hi Gillian, had the 10 weeks lapsed prior to you doing this? I’ve been told I can ring 2 weeks before I fly next month but only applied 7 weeks ago

@SHUTTY1985 @HM_Passport Did they turn u away? Im awaiting a call from upgrade team at peterborough because apparently because we fly in less than 2 weeks they will be able to help. This is a joke. Im so sorry.

@julieblundell @CarrieAnnPerry2 @HM_Passport Hi Julie, I too have been told this by the passport office, however do you know if the 10 week has to lapse before they fast track?
