Having trouble applying for a passport using the online premium service @HM_Passport as all appointment dates and locations are greyed out from 27/4 to 16/5. Is the system broken?

@TrulyAddictive I had the same problem with my daughter, they did turn it around quickly in the end. DM me, I’ll tell you how we did it.

Now there saying the application is with an Examiner @HM_Passport the cheek of the CSA you should transfer your flight to a family member as it’s unlikely you will get it for Saturday it’s my sisters wedding! Heartless

@sophielily93 @Maddie_licata @HM_Passport I still have no idea if they’ve revived mine. There seems to be no way of getting through to the upgrade team. I always speak to someone from progress team saying allow another day. How many days should I allow before it’s too late. I just want to know they’ve received my email x
