@BootsHelp Hi Kristie. Appreciate you wanting to take this offline, but I don’t really see how this could be resolved on DMs when I’ve been back and forth with the @BootsHelp on email and calls with 0 solutions but the best advice being to ‘wait and see’🤷🏻‍♀️

Any other retailers take close to a month refund you for products you didn’t even receive or is it just @BootsUK that behaves this badly?

The morale of the story is never to buy through the @BootsUK app (or with Boots online at all 😅)

Which can happen sometimes 😅 so they’ve done this, and nearly a month later, my money still hasn’t been returned. Absolutely shocking from @BootsUK, especially at this time 🤯
