@USPSHelp hi can someone in corporate explain why the carrier claims that she put my package in my mailbox but when I went to get it, it wasn’t there? That was $130 ring from Australia that I was waiting on… unacceptable.

@USPSHelp . I had an international package delivered into my mail box. When I went to go pick it up, it was not there. Carrier is claiming that they dropped it off in the mailbox. But it is not there. When I called to ask for help, the manager told me that the carrier left it.

Good morning… Never did I think we would be silenced in such a big way.
