10 years ago! A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into qualifying, competing and becoming an OLYMPIAN. There is a lot that happens before and after the big show, most unseen but the OLY stays with you forever. ✨ Be proud of your accomplishments ✨

Olympic coverage should always be like this. Pointing out who has served bans and not sweeping it under the rug. This is far from the first time but it rarely gets enough attention and clean athletes are the ones who suffer!

And to think the @iocmedia took the 50km racewalk out of the upcoming @Olympics because it was “too long”, “boring”, “not relatable “. Well these guys just proved that wrong yet again. Especially @EvanDunfee last surge at the finish to get a medal.

Tomala really crashing, only 1:42 ahead of 2nd place. It’s not impossible to be caught with 4 minutes to go. 2nd and 3rd place both have 2 red cards 🤦🏻‍♀️

Tomala of Poland just hit the bell lap and is likely to win. Now the race for silver and bronze is going to be tight! It’s scary and exciting all at the same time 😬 The Spanish athlete Tur has 2 red cards!

The chase pack is putting on a surge and @EvanDunfee is falling back a bit but the race isn’t over. 4km’s to go. He’s still fighting!

With 5km’s of the 50km’s to go @EvanDunfee just walked one of his fastest 5km’s of the race in 22:22. It’s going to be a fast last 2km and that’s where the medals will be decided!
