Some of my relationships don’t last because I’m not willing to compromise on how well I deserve to be treated. There is no conversation that needs to be had when you go out of your way to hurt me or be disrespectful. I’m not going to therapy speak you into understanding how disrespect works. You are not a child learning how to have empathy, you are a grown adult who’s been here long enough to know when you’re being harmful. You just don’t care, and that’s not an “us” problem to walk together through. It’s a you problem that you’ll continue to disregard as you find people who will simply be accepting of your poor character.

When people fail to spay/neuter, or buy a dog instead of adopting, the animals pay the price — and so do shelter workers and animal control officers.
Performing euthanasia, responding to cruelty cases, & more, is a huge burden.

Only one chance in this lifetime…
Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him.
I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view…this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.

Dr. Rubeliz Bolivar works at an ER in South Texas and is passionate about educating the public about staying healthy. She was traveling to California with her 5-year-old daughter, who is a U.S. citizen, when ICE detained her despite having work permits and a pending asylum case. ICE is targeting physicians who serve our communities. It is ripping families apart and hurting patients. The Trump Admin should release Dr. Bolivar immediately and end its indiscriminate mass deportation campaign.
