I'm tired of the nasty antisemitic conspiracy theories and nonsense claims regarding the Hatzola ambulance services in the United Kingdom.
The service is not massively different to the St. John's Ambulance service in many respects. Both serve the entire community irrespective of ethnicity, culture or religious background. Both are charities/non-profits. Both organisations subscribe to virtually the same principles, codes of ethics and philosophy.
Both services provided emergency medical response to those needing assistance or transportation to hospital. St. John's Ambulance service is of course way bigger and has the capability of being nation-wide.
It is absolutely amazing that our Jewish community contribute to their country in such ways.
Stop spreading these nonsense claims that Jews have their own special ambulances that refuse services to non-Jews. It is a pathetic and antisemitic claim that has no basis in reality.

Essentially Iran has switched it tactics, it realises large volleys are too easy to detect, so now is firing smaller volleys at less defended targets, with the goal of prolonging the war and maintaining enough launches to continue, these launchers are now hence harder to detect.

US and Israeli strikes early on in the war severely degrade Iranian ballistic missile capacity which were primarily launched from coastal regions on the Persian Gulf, Iran has now switched this strategy to firing from deep in the interior of the country in small volleys-WSJ

The Western anti-imperialist left’s inability to grasp two coexisting realities at once will forever be the movement’s Achilles heel. Recognizing America’s very much flawed human rights record does not automatically make repressive regimes like Cuba the lesser of two evils.
We are talking about a country that is a one-party political system, where the PCC monopolizes power and opposition parties are effectively not allowed to operate or compete.
Whatever views you have on US political shortcomings, the US still has a robust opposition party that operates within the governmental apparatus.
These outlandish statements by segments of the left will not erase the reality that Cuba continues to exist as an authoritarian state that survives through repression, civilian surveillance, and the systematic suppression of dissent.
