Art is effortful. It is skilled work! And everybody is capable of creating - it's a matter of choosing how to yoke your energy and focus. Some people will bake bread & some people will paint Sistine Chapels. One feeds the body; the other feeds soul. AI slop feeds nothing but ego.

Most ideas suck an outrageous amount, period. The trick to being a creative isn't to ideate but to create. And create. And create. Create until your hands hurt & your head hurts & your heart hurts, & then keep going because you love it so much more than it hurts

@goblinodds @kitten_beloved It's not a love story. As others have pointed out, it's a Gothic novel which is heavy on the horror. In fact, judging by the author's v. poor opinion of Jane Austen's work, I expect that she'd be annoyed to hear her book called a "romance" in the modern sense

I made original images with ai - I used my own pictures of my own pets and had the ai cartoon them - very much like using photoshop, but less of a pain in the arse. What you've got there is not original, not even close. It's ai slop. Now, go get permission from the ppl who own the music, the ppl whose faces you used, the ppl who wrote and created the world you're using. Pay them for using their likeness and their creations. THEN you have a leg to stand on. Or move to China where they routinely steal copyrighted, trademarked and patented stuff.

My YouTube channel (22K subscribers, built in 8 months) was permanently terminated. 0 strikes. No prior warnings. No specific video cited. No evidence shown. The reason? “Spam, scam, deceptive practices.” Here’s one of my videos. Where exactly is the scam? Where is the spam? I created original, high-quality entertainment content. No spam networks. No deception of any sort. Never used a single automation tool. Now I am banned for life from making YouTube videos. How is this fair? Now hundreds of viewers are messaging me asking what happened to their favorite channel. This wasn’t just an account. It was months of work, investment, and real human connection erased in a click. If this was an automated decision, it deserves a real human review. @TeamYouTube I’m asking for transparency and fairness.
