A guy approached me at gym the other day Asked if he could jump in on rear delt flies with me “Of course” I said He told me he was having some shoulder pain, so couldn’t train his delts very well I recommended a technique adjustment Instantly reduced his pain And he could do some hard sets again Huge smile on his face He thanked me and continued Later on I saw he found and commented on a YouTube video of mine thanking me and how it improved his workout You never realize how much of an impact tiny kind gestures can have on people Life is full of hard shit, everyone’s struggling Go do 1 positive thing for someone today Might have a big impact on them
