“First Amendment” doesn’t mean you can harass people for content, shove cameras in faces, draw on people, escalate confrontations nonstop, and then cry victim when it finally blows up. That’s not free speech — that’s acting reckless and hiding behind the Constitution after the fact.
Nobody’s rights give them immunity from consequences. Chud spent years farming outrage and acting untouchable. Now he’s facing attempted murder and felony charges because real life isn’t a livestream. Huge difference between protected speech and provoking chaos everywhere you go.
