Let's have a look at the kind of people they are targeting 👇🏻 Lefty students (1 foreign), oldies (White, coz theyre old), 2 neighbours (1 foreign), a multicultural male netball team with 3 more foreigners... and another 2 more foreigners at the end. The Scottish Electoral Commission is supposedly an "independent regulator" and not controlled directly by, (although it is accountable to) the Scottish government, and also gets its funding from them.
