It is seen in up to 75% of right kidneys at 20 weeks into pregnancy, less common on left side, thought to be due to cushioning of ureter from gravid uterus by sigmoid colon. Obvious dilatation of pelvicalyceal system can be seen in 2/3 of patients at 36 weeks.

Physiological "splitting" of renal sinus echoes is common in pregnancy. Cause of dilatation of pelvicalyceal system may be due to mechanical obstruction by enlarging uterus, hormonal factors, increased blood flow May occur as early as 12 weeks into pregnancy

Chorionicity and Amnionicity: Monochorionic triplets, where two share one placenta and the third has a separate placenta. Placental Findings: One shared placenta for two of the triplets, and one separate placenta for the third.

It can be physiological like in post ovulation and during menstruation. I usually correlate clinically and advise for Urine mcs and HVS And refer to doctor if I feel there is a presentation that correlates with the significant or echorich fluid in the POD

@RadiographyNG D. Also worth noting is , options A, C and D can be seen on ultrasound. However, ultrasound cannot be used primarily, to diagnose prostate Ca. You can talk about the homo/heterogeneity of the parenchyma and how ill/well defined the outlines Prostate Ca=PSA + usg,MRI + biopsy👍

I was at a Pharmacy this weekend, it was a Top Pharmacy on the Island in Lagos. I wanted to get some meds, I looked into shelf and saw this thing called JINJA Herbal Extract It is sold to people that it can cure stroke, hypertension, diabetes, kidney diseases, osteoarthritis, fibroids, Hepatitis. I had seen it with a lot of my patients and always counsel them about it. I asked the Pharmacist why was a top pharmacy stocking something that doesn't work, in his words the demand is there and people are always buying it for medical conditions I asked the price, He said it was 25k. Imagine how many people would have suffered complications because they stopped their drugs and started taking Jinja Herbal Extract. I then argued and said I am sure it doesn't even have NAFDAC number, He said Yes. It does He picked up a bottle and showed me that The Herbal extract was registered. My mouth opened wide with almost drooling like a Bull Dog. This is the Bottle of JINJA
