Over 72 hours and still no internet from Converge. I've officially escalated this to the NTC because getting real help from them is impossible, they just send generic, automated responses. @ConvergeSupport 😌

Converge's unending slow internet issues 😡😡😡

If you're satisfied with settling on a mediocre to non-existing quality of service, good for you. For us whose livelihood is taking a direct hit, we cannot just accept their hollow apologies and just move on. A 2-3 day outage is just too much. People are losing income.

@manong @Converge @ConvergeSupport How about we make a formal petition to @NTCPH. I think we need to pressure this company just to take action. It's been years and their service is becoming worse and worse.

Let this image be a warning to anyone who wants to get @Converge. @ConvergeSupport it has been nearly 3 months of absolute trash tier service. Every month it goes down for 2 to 5 days. And when it does work this is the speed we get.
