@gnordlan @TrashPandaGirl Because the world should revolve around you and your kids... right... now would it be fair if I were to have kids and say you shouldn't be around my kids because you're racist and homeophobic

@TrashPandaGirl I am fine if they exist, do what they do, and are happy about it. I just don't want them to be near me or my kids.

Here's the part that many transphobes won't admit (although a lot of the honest ones, especially on twitter, will): No. They don't want <her in the men's restroom or >him in the woman's restroom. They just don't want either of them to EXIST.

@ItRainsWhenICry @Indiana_England @FrostwingGaming @esjesjesj I think that's the point though. He doesn't actually care about any of this shit he just has to get people to react. It was never that serious in the first place like idk why he's actung like Imm mad about Harry Potter when he has been on Twitter all day whining abt it😭😭

@Indiana_England @FrostwingGaming @esjesjesj I'm gonna be real if you don't see how that's an issue ur too far gone. I get ur whole thing is arguing with people on the internet but maybe actually bring up something that disprove the person's argument rather than just saying "nuh uh" and acting like you're Kirk reincarnated

@Raezer_beam @FrostwingGaming @esjesjesj So... youre mad at their names. And why is it surprising that a universe with a name like "lavender brown" has odd names? Or professor sprout being a plant science teacher? What should a black man be named, then? What should an Asian person be named?

@alastorsradios I don't think it's about the show being cringe I think it's about the show being made by a weird racist rape fetishizer. Meanwhile Glitch is just a small animation company that sometimes includes some corny references

@04nbod @_6signxxx Girl I'm obviously talking about white "artists" blatantly ripping off black musical styles and acting like they're the first to every do it. I could definitely make an argument about why that abusive freak Paul McCartney is racist but Springsteen and Gabriel are good people so??

@Raezer_beam @_6signxxx Because that is who you compare Stevie Wonder to? Jac k Harlow? Not Peter Gabriel, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen?

@michaelps2k @_6signxxx @mark_cmc PTV and slipknot shade aside not a bad take but at the end of the day most hardcore styles like that still oftened stemmed from black musicians such as Sepultura and Tom Morello from RATM, and more specifically for Nu Metal public enemy and run dmc

Yes and no. I actually deep dove into this topic out of curiosity one day as a DJ who comes from a family of musicians, my dad being primarily a classic rock musician his whole life including being one of two white guys in a band made up of mostly black musicians. He put me on to guys like BB King growing up, so I always knew the strong relationship to rock that black musicians have, however it’s more from a Blues angle than anything. Classic rock is very heavily inspired by the blues and there are plenty of phenomenal black artists, (including imo the best guitarist of all time Jimi Hendrix) who are deeply entrenched in classic rock history. Now my only pushback is that alternative rock or metal, like Slipknot, Metallica, Pierce The Veil, System of a Down, Avenged Sevenfold, etc. are all veryyyyy white. I personally never liked that kind of music cause I felt that a lot of it lacked depth or soulfulness, but the history of that specific genre is very white and separates itself from Blues and Classic Rock pretty harshly. I would love to see more black musicians tap into that world though, cause you don’t see enough represented in that genre of rock.
