@ReneLizola It works very well all around. There are case where you will not see much of chronic, fibrotic material being retrieved with either a pass of ClotTriever (my strategy BOLD-VenaCore-BOLD) or Flowtrieve, but the vein opens up because the trabeculae are disrupted before stenting.

@RafaMalgor Hello, Rafael! Thank you for your comments. Completely agree - Wallstent is subpar. Sinus does address this. In its abscence, I have sometimes opted to perform a double barrel or knowingly invade the IVC somewhat. Dying to try VenaCore! How has it worked for you?

Thrilled to share this new meta-analysis on DOACs vs warfarin for left ventricular thrombus. Same efficacy and safety! Led by my brilliant hometown crew from Fortaleza, Brazil. I just gave a little direction. Their energy did the rest 🌟 So proud watching them crush the early-career grind: - Thomaz @thomazalexandree matched at University of Colorado last year - Gabriel @gabrielchagas_md at Cleveland Clinic this year - Luma wrapping her masters and heading to US residency soon Full paper (open access): openheart.bmj.com/content/12/2/e… #MedTwitter
