What is the best time to workout?
Doctors wake up before sunrise to get get in their workout and then head to work.
Office employee work out in the evening after finishing their jobs.
College students work out in the afternoon or evening.
Start up founders work out at night.
You might have heard about specific workout time protocol, but frankly, it's not practical enough.
If protocols suggest morning workouts, it's not feasible for everyone due to responsibilities like cooking, work, projects, and meals before 9 am.
Night shift workers can't do morning workouts either.
The best workout time is whenever you can find time for yourself.
