Declan Rice is still an average player in my book. Till now, no Arsenal fan will tell you what he is good at. Sucks at passing, ball progression, evading press. He just has many qualities in little amount. Nothing extraordinary. He doesn’t make Arsenal any good, Arsenal and his price tag make him look good. Won’t still swap him with any Chelsea midfielder. Not even Santos. Put Caicedo or Enzo in this Arsenal team and you get a ballon d’or worthy players.
